We are delighted to present Ripple and Teddy’s gorgeous puppies.
This is a rare opportunity to buy from us as most of our pups are normally sold before birth and we do not normally advertise.
This is Ripple’s first litter and she’s been a wonderful mum.
She’s a little darling and so clever, she loves her humans deeply and regularly goes for runs and adventures in the woods. Ripple has the most lovely expression and is just wonderful. She has been a superb mother and is enjoying the puppies growing up and playing with them.
The Dad of these pups is called Teddy who is blue tan and white with lots of white. Teddy also has a lovely sweet temperament and is bred from wonderful Dutch and English lines to provide outcrosses to the native British bred dogs. Teddy is also a lovely little height but has scope, and nice limb length and straightness.
Both parents have superb conformation and are sound happy healthy little dogs.
We name all of our pups for our own use for them to differentiate during the puppy raising process. They will each be given their formal names and owners are more than welcome to change their at home names to whatever they wish when they join their family.
All of our puppies are developing their confidence, independence, and play with others whilst experiencing new stimuli such as textures and smells. Each puppy loves to lie on their back in your arms for a cuddle (this is also the position they each lie in whilst we do nail trims), give as many kisses as possible, and explore the world around them. We’ve included a brief overview of each pup below their name to help you gain an understanding of their individual personalities.
1. Barkmoral Mischief Managed (George)
£3000
Blue, tan and white merle Boy with lots of white markings
George is a wonderful outgoing playful little puppy. He is inquisitive and has a great brain, he ponders new things and would love a home where he can be guided in exploring the world in a supportive way to allow him to keep developing his confidence. He is the first to try new things so would benefit from someone who ensures he is introduced to safe new experiences that allow him to keep building this wonderful forward thinking attitude to life.
2. Barkmoral Wingardium Leviosa (Oli/Olivander) £2750
- Blue and tan merle boy with some white toes and white tummy.
Oli is a lovely little boy who likes to explore and play with his friends and is happy to investigate on his own. He loves to cuddle and see the world from up high in a human's arms, allowing him to investigate all of the places high up that he cannot see from the ground. For his most recent worming dose, Oli slept whilst all of the others went first, stayed on his back when he was passed over for weighing into the scales, then again for his wormer dose, was placed on his bed on his back, and promptly went back to sleep.
3. Barkmoral Transfiguration (Minnie/Minerva) £3500 - Blue and tan merle girl with a huge merle expression making her overall appearance very pale with bright extensive tan, one full white front leg, one half white front leg, white toes to the rear, and a white chest/tummy.
Minerva is a wonderful little outgoing pup, she is quietly confident in everything she does and is happy to go first or last in any of the things we do with her. Her steadiness and inquisitiveness is leading us to think she may be a great candidate not only for life as a beautiful best friend, but may also take very well to assistance/service dog duties.
4 . Barkmoral Felix Felicis (Arty/ Arthur) £1750 - Blue tan and white boy - blue face with lower half white and white arrow from forehead down towards his nose, one small white patch from his spine down his right side, and a blue and white tail.
Arty is not to be underestimated, he may be a little smaller than the others but he is mighty, he loves being in the middle of all of the fuss and making his presence known. He loves to be loved and experience everything that you can offer him.
5. Barkmoral Love Potion (Myrtle) £2000 - Pale Blue (silver appearance) and tan girl - three white feet and a white chest.
Myrtle is top of the class in learning how to be a best friend. If you’re doing something, anything, she wants to be doing it with you. She knows just how perfect she is and is confident and secure in showing you just how perfect she thinks you are too. With Myrtle around, every day is the best day ever.
6. Barkmoral Mirror of Erised (Peri/ Periwinkle) £1750 -Pale Blue (silver appearance) and tan boy - with white toes, one rear white foot, and white chest markings
Peri was the littlest of the litter for a while but is now up to speed on everything, both he and Arty are very alike and are both very playful, happy, active little boys who are ready to take on the world.
Our puppies are raised in our family home with all of the sights, sounds and smells that come with that. From as soon as they are born until the day they leave we also play a variety of sounds in the background to get them used to things they may not hear in our home such as babies crying and cat sounds. In our home they hear everything from the hoover, oven and hob, air purifier, electric toothbrush, startle sounds such as doors closing in the wind, things being dropped all whilst they are safe and learn to cope with unexpected circumstances.
Our puppies all experience the following as a brief summary of some of what we do:
Early Neurological Stimulation
Early Sensory Introduction
Sound exposure in home environment and additional sounds played as background exposure
Tekplas whelping pen with playpen and floor throughout as their primary rest and toilet training area with hanging toys, play balls, and piddle patch
Individual time away from the other pups with myself, partner, other people, and their mum
Build cues with behaviour such as sit, come, wait etc
Motion Sickness Training
Startle Reduction Exposure
Weaned onto Naturaw Puppy food
Enjoy Raw Meaty Bones
Introduced to Wild Pet Foods Cold Pressed as a raw alternative for use as training treats
Toilet trained using Piddle Patch Real Soil Free Grass
Introduction to crates
Sensory pen play where we introduce them to novel stimuli such as sand, water trays, crinkly crunchy sounds under foot, a forest of balls to wade through and bump into happily with a crate available as a safe neutral rest place.
Pair words such as ’sit’ and ‘wait’ as they offer these behaviours and reward them as they develop their skills.
We worm the puppies for three days in succession bi-weekly from three weeks old and then encourage new families to utilise faecal egg counts and use these and support from the testing company to guide if using a pharmaceutical de-wormer is necessary.
Puppies will receive their DHPPI vaccine at the time of microchipping. If you would prefer your pup to not receive this vaccine and to wait until after 10 weeks old to be vaccinated at home with your own vet we are happy to accommodate this.
We do not use any topical chemical flea or tick treatment as we believe we shouldn’t administer a chemical load on such young puppies unless there was a need.
Our adult dogs are all fed natural worm, flea, and tick prevention and we advocate the use of this in our pups' new homes.
Puppies will go home with:
Veterinary Health Report
Contract of ownership
Microchip and breeding details
Information on toilet training, general training, feeding, worming, exercise, harnesses etc.
Discount code from Piddle Patch to buy your own patch with
Starter pack of food and discount code for new owners from Naturaw
Four weeks of free insurance
Blanket with our home and mums scent
Bed Cave
Toy
We are looking for new families who are certain to have a pup as part of their family and can dedicate time to their training and education, prioritise mental stimulation, and nurture their physical and social development. We are happy to home pups in families with young children as long as the children know how to behave around dogs and know never to hit, pull, or take anything from a dog.
We do not allocate pups to homes until we have an idea of their temperaments and suitability for a home. Now that the puppies are 6 weeks old we are happy to discuss temperaments and family lifestyles to help you choose the best pup for you.
Register Interest
Interested parties, please complete the following google form and message us with any questions. We are more than happy to call or facetime you to meet the pups especially if distance is an issue and we are happy to help with arranging transport. Puppies will be available to go to their new homes in Late February. If you have any pet professionals in your/your dog's life (**** professional trainer, day school etc.) we are happy to speak to them prior to your pup coming home to aid in a smooth integration.

Note on our breeding:
We keep our girls as pets and they stay with us throughout their lives and as such do not have very regular litters. We only have litters once one of our retained girls is over 3 years of age and we are happy that they have met our criteria for health, conformation, type, trainability, and temperament.
We still have the great granny to these puppies (Millie, 14), granny (Nemo, 10), and are in touch with Millie's breeder who still has her mother Ruby at over 16 years old now.
